Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Goods must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

1. Please email webadmin@vikingindustrialcenter.com to request a refund and we will assign you an approval code/tracking#.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include items that are orally ingested and items that have a sterile seal and/or sterile packaging.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

NO Respiratory, Fall Protection, Special Order, Custom and Clearance Items will be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are inspected upon return and subject up to a 25% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If your item is available in different sizes and/or colors and in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay return shipping.
